Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments changed or cancelled within less than 24 hours will not be refunded their deposit. Clients are given a 10 minute grace period. After that time, your appointment will be rescheduled. The full service price will still apply. No-shows will not receive a refund of their deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled within the appropriate notice window.
