PRE-CARE To ensure your skin is beautifully prepped for your treatment, please remove hair 3–5 days prior to your appointment by shaving or waxing. Avoid exfoliating products, tanning, and prolonged sun exposure for 24–48 hours before your visit to keep the skin calm and radiant. POST-CARE Avoid hot showers, saunas, workouts, tight clothing, shaving, exfoliation, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours after treatment. Keep the area clean and hydrated with gentle, fragrance-free products to support a smooth and comfortable recovery. Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments changed or cancelled within less than 24 hours will not receive a refund for their deposit. Clients are given a 10 minute grace period. After that time, your appointment will be rescheduled. The full service price will still apply. No-shows will not receive a refund for their deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled within the appropriate notice window. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
